| Notes | Embarked on ss Invictor at Folkstone on the 31 March 1915 and disembarked at Boulogne on 1st April 1915. Wounded 28th August 1917 (gun shot wound left hip). Appointed Acting Sergeant 29th March 1918 and promoted to Sergeant 2nd April 1918. Wounded again on 5th October 1918 (gun shot wound left buttock) and transfer back to England on 9th October 1918. On 29th November 1918 was transferred to the 7th Reserve Battalion Worcestershire Regiment. |
